Friendsgiving


This Thanksgiving Trev and I will be family-less. It's a bummer but a nice opportunity to create our own traditions. I think we are going to have a friendsgiving and I couldn't be more excited. I've been stockpiling recipes on Pinterest to make a giant vegetarian feast for us and our friends. Here are a few that make my mouth water.

Appetizer- Garlic and Herb Stuffed Brussels Sprouts || Drink- Angry Balls (Angry Orchard hard cider and Fireball Whiskey) || Cute Side- Pumpkin Rolls! || Salad- Quinoa, Kale, and Cranberry Salad
Savory Side-Poblano Cornbread Stuffing || Main Dish- Kale Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Maple Glazed Tofu || Decadent Dessert- Pumpkin Cobbler || Warm Treat- Pumpkin Spice Latte (with or without Bourbon :)
